Mike and Sue Enright, Owners

QSB TeamMike and Sue are the owners of Quincy Street Bistro . The couple has been married 28 years and call St. Louis Hills home. Both grew up in South St. Louis; Mike actually grew up on Quincy St.. They look at Quincy Street Bistro as family and an extension of their home. The atmosphere they hope to provide is as if they are welcoming each guest into their home with a comfortable atmosphere, courteous service, and delicious cuisine.



This building was built 110 years ago. It was formally a bar known as Jimmy’s Saloon. The upstairs was four separate apartments with bathrooms down the hall. It is now, all open seating for approximately 100.   Mike Enright bought the building in October 2009, and began rehabbing with his brother, Patrick Enright and nephew, Matt Saito. Quincy Street Bistro has been a business since March 1, 2011.


Darin Heisler, Front of House Manager

FullSizeRender-138x300Darin has been involved in the service industry ranging from corporate catering and wine bars, to casual restaurants and local pubs. With a passion for humble customer service (and a B.S. in Hospitality Management), making guest and co-workers happy is a daily objective. Darin understands the uniqueness of hospitality- a product that is both created and consumed simultaneously- and the urgency and care it takes for a memorable experience. Along with being a veteran in the hospitality industry, he is also a veteran of the US Navy.

Chris Ladley, Chef de Cuisine

Chris Ladley is a St. Louis native, attended Chaminade College Prep, and has a life long passion for food.  Chris spent time going to school and cooking in France, and has been with the Quincy Street family since September 2014.
